Thank you for choosing to list your services on BlissfulBooking.com. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines for refunds and cancellations applicable to vendors who subscribe to our listing plans. Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with your listing.

  1. Refunds for Subscribed Plans: a. Plan Eligibility: Refunds are not applicable to subscription plans once they have been purchased. We encourage vendors to thoroughly review the plan details and features before making a commitment.

b. Plan Changes: Vendors have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans at any time. However, no refunds or credits will be provided for any price differences resulting from plan changes.

  1. Refund and Cancellation between Clients and Vendors: a. Change of Date or Cancellation: In the event that a client needs to change the date of their wedding or event or cancel the booking altogether, they are required to inform the vendor promptly. The vendor must be notified of any changes or cancellations along with the reason for the change or cancellation.

b. Booking Amount: The booking amount paid by the client to the vendor is non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the vendor. Vendors are responsible for clearly communicating their refund policies to clients in advance.

c. Vendor’s Responsibility: Vendors are expected to handle change of date requests or cancellations with professionalism and understanding. It is their responsibility to clearly communicate their policies regarding rescheduling, refunds, or alternative arrangements to clients before the booking is confirmed.

d. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a client and a vendor regarding refunds or cancellations, BlissfulBooking.com does not assume any liability or responsibility. The resolution of such disputes should be handled directly between the client and the vendor involved.

  1. Vendor Communication: Vendors are encouraged to maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the booking process. Timely updates and responses to client inquiries regarding refunds, cancellations, or change of date requests can help build trust and foster positive relationships.
